Is it possible for an institution or organization to open multiple EMS accounts to be able to submit projects on different priorities?

Answer:

According to Annex O – REGISTRATION-FORM from the Applicants Guideline, it is possible for an institution or organization to open multiple EMS accounts, ONLY if in the Annex O – REGISTRATION-FORM is mentioned the person who will open an account on the JOP RO-MD 2014-2020 electronic management system, for uploading documents for the call of proposals.

Please take note that an organization may submit, as Applicant, only one project per Priority under the present Calls for proposals.
